PALE DIAMONDS is the continuation of the Beau Donahue series of thrillers. In this suspenseful sequel, an undercurrent of intrigue begins early when a Los Angeles Mobster, Joe Vitro, is introduced.

The plot thickens as the reader learns of the devious underlying plan of the hit killers. They devise a way to silence Melly from revealing her knowledge of the mysterious riding accident that killed her trusted colleague, Tommy Gantry.

Foulard is romantically involved with a 'larger than life' movie star and is engaged to marry the man. In Beau's usual fashion, Melly Foulard is another target of the authoress's fabulous match making schemes. Circumstances arise because of Beau's intervention that change the course of the songwriter's life. Many things on Melly's horizon are revised by her venturing on the life-altering trip to be with Beau and her friends in Vail, Colorado.
